This apartment is located in the center of Milan beside Colonne di San Lorenzo – an ideal area for short term touristic rental. In order to make the property more competitive within this market parts of the interior required improvement. The renovation work included the introduction of two new bathrooms, one en-suite connected to the bedroom and the other to replace the existing communal facilities. The improvement of these services allows the living space to be comfortably rented as another bedroom depending on occupancy demand. The project also introduced a new kitchen and an extension of the existing parquet flooring into the bedroom.
